will there be a place in every town where you can train like a battleground where trainers go and the game matches noobs with noobs and experts(like me) with experts :P

Calling yourself an expert of a game that isn't out yet, is the first step on being a great noob...
And yes, I know you think you're a expert in the other games, but so did I before I tried Pokemon Online with these guys...

Except of that, I guess the idea is good, but, as Cortex said, it's better answered by the team :)

You can do training matches.

but I really doubt that such areas (if we do areas for this) will be in EVERY town.

Battling will probably be possible anywhere aside from inside buildings (unless there's some battle field or something) and as it is, you will only be able to challenge trainers close to your trainer level, so expect already some good competition, wherever you are, irrespective of the place (if battles are allowed). Is there really a place for training in a pokemon game? I don't think so.

Just change their levels. Nothing's stopping you from doing that...

It still kinda defeats the purpose don't you think. I mean you don't work for the  pokemon you just get them.

If you know how to change the ability of a pokemon, it shouldn't be difficult...
