I'm sure it will be the same way. The item will just be banned from use in tournaments. These are just my guesses at how it will be done.
Ponge or Shadowfred may be able to tell you more.

Probably allow them in-game, but when challenging a trainer, there'll be the option of those restrictions or registering for tourneys where the players are warned of item bans. That should work.
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

I gotta give it to him, he's good. Although in my defense, both battles cam down to our last to pokemon. 8)

Hmm... apropriate choices to change for items.

-Icy Rock, for those with Hail, could be a good choice

-If you don't mind a bit of recoil damage for power hits on sweepers, there's Life Orb

-Those with weaker Defense/ are usually targetted by Ph.Moves, there's Rocky Helmet

-Shell Bell for heavy hitters, or those with powerful recoil moves

-Could do Choice for intended purposes (like using U-Turn with Scarf)
Corpsair, Decapitain, Sparcrow, Condurit. Stumpole, Steekee, Totember, Flaracuda... My current list of ideas for Pokemon.

Never use shell bell unless its absolutely vital to your strategy. Shell bell looks good on paper but you will end up recovering more HP with leftovers.

OK so far i've narrowed 77 Grass Pokemon down to these 13, and have Natures/Abilities, all i need help with is the movepools, it'd take me several (I mean, A LOT) hours to find and write down everything from the internet, with my limited Wii connection, so i ask for opinions/critiques/suggestions from whomever. (items, moves, abilities, natures etc.):

Serperior - Contrary, Timid/Jolly
Maractus - Storm Drain, Quiet
Ferrothorn - Iron Barbs, Brave
Abomasnow - Soundproof, Modest
Sawsbuck - Serene Grace, Adamant
Roserade - Technician, Timid
Torterra - Shell Armor, Sassy
Cradily - Storm Drain, Relaxed
Cacturne - Water Absorb, Brave/Quiet
Breloom - Poison Heal, Impish/Naughty
Victreebel - Gluttony, Naughty/Rash
Venusaur - Overgrow, Relaxed/Quiet
Sceptile - Unburden, Lonely
Corpsair, Decapitain, Sparcrow, Condurit. Stumpole, Steekee, Totember, Flaracuda... My current list of ideas for Pokemon.

The changes made to most of these pokemon can be explained through the link I have provided next to each. Victreebel has also been balanced but doesn't have a link as of yet. All I can tell you is that it's looking good so far. I have used it on 3 teams and it seems to be well balanced so far. It got a  Def and SpDef boost in PU.

The pokemon I have strikes through haven't been balanced in PU yet but will be soon.

......... so i ask for opinions/critiques/suggestions from whomever. (items, moves, abilities, natures etc.):

You'll find most of that in the links.

Also just a little side note I'd like to throw in. Random crits have been removed from the game so I suggest going with Solid Rock for Torterra over Shell Armor.

You can see the gameplay changes here: http://pokemon-universe.com/index.php/topic,3793.0.html

Well, I like the set up on that Sceptile, was thinking something similar using Fling, but, like i said, i didn't have access to a lot of moves for them.

As for the thing with Shell Armor, the site i used for reference only had Overgrow/Shell Armor, if Solid Rock is available hells yeah i'm taking that over SA lol

Well I would try the fling build cause you never know it might be really good.
Sceptile lost grasswhistle cause it was to fast to have it.
It's the same reason ledian lost it's sleep move.

Okay so I was thinking about some other things we could add Elite title to such as Elite Breeder and Elite Wild Card(this has been mentioned before)
Now I have an easy idea of how the Wild Card Elite would be decided but what about the Breeder Elite?

Wild Card Elite:
Two Wild Cards can battle 17 times (once for every type) and whoever has the most wins at the end gets the title. This would be a long Title match
and god speed to anyone who undergoes it XD

Breeder Elite:
The only thing I could come up with for deciding this is to have the two breeders breed 1 perfect(Nature/Stats/Ability/Moves) Pokemon and whoever
gets done the fastest and with the fewest mistakes would be rewarded the title.

Again I don't know if that would really work out to well for deciding breeder elite so I would like other ideas from you guys for a way to decide this.

So give me some ideas for how to decide:
The Wild Card / Breeder Elite.
More Elite titles (Berry Grower Elite or Farmer Elite?)
Any ideas you may have for the guild, I and I'm sure others would like to hear them.

On the breeder elite, who's to say the challenger doesn't have somone else breed and then submit it as theirs?
