This is somewhat of a ridiculous question.
On various posts across the site,you can witness that we use that exact battle sim for our testing purposes.

It would only take minimal efforts of searching.

So that's a yes.Some of us do.

Yes, we do use PO, we even use the simulator to test our Balanced Pokémon.

Don't post if you don't remember what you were going to say please. This inflates the threads uselessly.

And since the question has been resolved, I don't think we need any more answers.
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
Also, forum notification emails are not getting in my inbox... again...
