I'd pick charmander because I love dragon pokemon and charizard is the closest out of the final evolutions.

I noticed Charmander has the highest percentage of the votes, by nearly twice that of it's runner up. Excellent choice, boys. Nobody can KILL IT WITH FIRE quite like Charizard. Even websites that hate Pokemon, love Charizard. On a slightly related note, the coolest profession in real life is being a Charizard Astronaut Ninja Robot.

Well i want Swampert and Blaziken in my party but I'm not real sure which to pick. Does anyone wanna help me decide?
I would suggest blaziken if i had to choose because fire is always seeming powerful than most other types... Im not going to pick for you though.  ;)

Alright, I posted before and said Squirtle or Totodile, and I just picked up Pokemon Platinum and I chose Piplup. I must love my water starters. The fire ones aren't quite bad either.

^^ My old buddy Thinkle77 made this

I always pick the following in the groups in the different games
Bulbasaur
Cyndaquil
Mudkip
Piplup

I'm probably gonna go with Cyndaquil

Aside from Bulbasuar and Treeko, why does it seem that the grass starters are really lame? And why do all of them besides Treeko walk on four legs?

I don't know, but I think I'm changing from Treecko to Chickorita. Because..

a) Not many people are choosing it.
b) Meganium is better than you would think.
c) To beat all of the mudkips people will be choosing.

After half a dozen mud slaps, practically all your attacks will miss XD
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
Also, forum notification emails are not getting in my inbox... again...

In my experience, matches don't last 6+ rounds very far after level eight. 'sides, there are items that can fixeth stat problems.
