Being a first timer doesn't mean (s)he can by pass the rules. The rules are in the main RP board and should be followed. First, the RP post is okay and profiles section can be added later, as do OOCC thread. But as said, more elaboration is expected for the RP to be accepted for it to be officially an active one.

I dont think Drbg was meaning to give a reason for him/her to avoid rules, but simply stating a fact.  Personally, I think you should close/delete the thread, posting enough information to make it sufficient enough for the rules, would meen posting more then (s)he has posted here, might as well make a new one, so its fresh, and clean slated without any OOCC.
