how to paste Signatures?

OK ive tryed everything to paste a Signature, and I cant do it. Also I can not post pics (It says Its to big but its not so whats up). I am just getting into this stuff (posting), so you know.

CAN some one anwser the ? dam it. JK its only been like 10 min.
But ive spent 4 hours trying to find this out for 3 days, so sorry if I seem Impatient...

Have you used what are called image tags? If not, they work like this:

Take the URL of the picture you want. Say, we're going to use this one.  http://www.toy-tma.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Approching-Trainer-Red-by-Carlos-Reiven-427x600.jpg

You then use these tags [img ]http://[/img]. Now, by themselves they do nothing. But, put the link for the picture in between them, like so.

[img ]http://www.toy-tma.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Approching-Trainer-Red-by-Carlos-Reiven-427x600.jpg[/img].

Now, it didn't show up because I put a space in the first tag. Get rid of that, and you get this.

Thank you so much , I know I probaly look really stupid but I new with pcs.
 Ive had internet for 3 years but I just got my laptop 3 months ago.
