I'd almost say mudkip but since the serious you are Quagsire
Quagsire:
You are serious...but can sometimes be relaxed you also have a fairly good moveset containing EARTHQUAKE,muddywater and by tudoring can learn the strong Earth Power.You LOVE water alot and live in freshwater lakes.You also HATE grass and don't mind electricity.You hunt for food by leaving your mouth wide open in water and waiting for your prey to blunder in unaware.Overall you are a great pokemon.

I could have said something else, but it would be too funny I don't think that you'll like it much. It was the word 'carefree' that reminded me of another particular pokemon.

Arceus (you should be glad)
You are the creator of the Sinnoh and possible the entire pokemon world you made it all,you are the only one of your kind (except on every version of D/P/P! You are also known as The Original One and you are the last pokemon in the sinnoh dex. you are an equine being similar to a Qilin  or Centaur. you are multifarious; you can change forms and types with the use of the special plates. You are the only NON dragon type to learn draco meateor. Your power can also bring back things that it once destroyed or make certain things to vanish into thin air. You also have the ability to halt time. You live in the hall of origin for food you feed off the energy of your elemental plates. Lucky for you you have 1,000 arms though you don't appear to in battle or anything.
