Im probably missing a few steps, as its supposed to stand for something and IAN wasnt it. Probably different words too. But my dad is the manager at a tuxedo rental place, and he deals with angry, unreasonable people who are stressed for their weddings. He uses this formula (plus some other things that are missing) and usually gets them to calm down. Maybe it will work here?

I don't know the reasons why your mother said all this and this may be painful for her too to say why she's behaving like that. The best you can do is to see a specialist to help her. A counsellor perhaps would be most appropriate.

Now, I think I'm gonna go find a specialist, and see if I can solve this without letting my mom find out I'm seeing a mental therapist about her.

Shes always saying that everyone hates her right? maybe ask her why she is still there if she believes she is surrounded by so much negativity, as a person is naturally pushed away from negative feelings.

I never catch them on the first encounter. I localise, weaken, then use quickball/duskball to get them.

I get a fast pokemon like jolteon to paralyze first. Then i use like 5 golbats with mean look and keep a bunch of revives with me. Then i use ultra, dusk, and timer balls to catch those fleeing pokemon.

I can't make any suggestions here. I catch all my pokemon nowadays with masterballs I Imported from a hacked version of Ruby I got from a friend.

Anyway, if you follow them throughout, you are bound to meet them sometime.

Duskball/Quickball hit the 4th level of capture rate once the conditions are met, and coupled with low HP and status problem, there is a high probability of catching. Some turns should be enough.

Speaking of which, I recently got a Latios (event) with a single quick ball, on the first turn. The Latios turned up with meh IVs, so I restarted and threw a master ball by mistake... well, this one Latios had better stats, namely 30 in Speed and Special Attack

I meant The Encounter. Yeah I was going to get that, but I forgot about it and I remembered the last day. But the Wi-fi wasn't working. I was mad.
