I watched two trainers battle. Shinx, and a Moferno battling it out.

I jogged over to them excitedly.

Don't suppose you guys have heard of a Tripple battle eh?

Nosepass walked forwards puffing out his chest pulling the meanest face he could. Unfortunately. I it wasnt a very good one

[PkMn Trainer Black]

Herrider, Go!

Servine!

Takedown!

Counter with tackle!

When both pokemon collided, they were inching each other until Servine's momentum stopped and Herrider knocked it back.

... yet not useful. Shadow ball!

Servine, get up and use vine whip while spinning!

Servine started to spin as her vines started to strech. As the shadow balls came they were knocked out of the way. Servine advanced towards Herrider.

Roar.

Servine was put back into her pokeball and Blitzle was sent out.

Return, Herrider. Watchog, Mean Look!

Blitzle cannot leave the battle now, just as Martha anticipated.

All right. Shock Wave!

The move was a critical hit, but Watchog just caught itself.

Thunderbolt!

Flame Charge!

When Watchog landed its attack, it didn't do anything to Blitzle, but it took off.

Motor Drive...

Don't let him get to you, Confuse Ray!

Blitzle tripped from confusion and spinned towards Watchog. Blitzle fainted from confusion and the other fainted from Flame Charge.

Zero's attack hit Burgh's Levanny Shield and Disapated.
String Shot.
The Levanny's attack hit Zero slowing it down. Razor Leaf!
Zero use Night Daze to protect yourself!
Zero's eyes turned blood red and his arms started to glow. Then he let out a roar and brought them into the ground blocking the attack and destroying String Shot.
Struggle Bug!
Flamethrower!
The attacks hit each other but the Levanny's attack prevailed and hit Zero.
Zero was on the ground not getting up.
Zero get up! Don't quit, what about what you said? About never tasting defeat?!
Zero's eyes flickered open and he let out his pissed off roar. With out me telling he use Night Daze. The Levanny use Protect. This time Zero's attack punched a hole in the shield and sent the Levanny flying. The Zero went for the kill he used his Dark Jewel to boost his Night Daze. The jewel floated in the air as he brought his arms down on it causing a huge explosion...

Soren was amazed by Zero's power. He was the most powerful pokemon he had ever seen.

[Mr. Fox]

When the smoke cleared the Levanny was fainted. Upon seeing this Zero went into a fit. He ran up to me and licked my hand.
What was that for? You're not a dog.
No I am not but I can't give you a hug now can I?
I walked up to Burgh he gave me my badge.
That is a special Pokemon, treat it with love and you will go far!
I walked up to Soren
I will stay and help you train so that you can beat him.
Zero looked at him and used telepathy to talk to him

[Aka-Kami]

- Reimu, use Charge!

A flash of electricity exerted from Reimu's fur.

- Reimu, spark now on the Herdier that hit you!

[Jerry]

- Oh no Herdier!
- Herdier Take Down on Monferno!
- Okay, Herdier, Crunch on Reimu!
- Monferno, use Mach Punch on the other Herdier targeting Reimu!

Monferno attacked the Herdier, and before it would get itself ready for its Crunch, Reimu hit it with Spark, fainting it. On the other hand, Monferno didn't see the other Herdier coming and got a direct hit.

- Okay Monferno, you can do it. Use Flame Wheel!

[TrainerX]

"Thank you Rex."
Then Soren heard a voice. He couldn't tell where the voice was coming from. It sounded like it was in his head.
"Did you hear something?"
I must have imagined it.

[Mr. Fox]

HELLO ITS ME ZERO!!!
Zero barked at Soren to get his attention.
Yeah Zero can use telepathy. It scared the living crap out of me too.
I patted Zero on the head.

Good work, Blitzle. Return!

I didn't thik that would happen. I guess i'm going all out now. Herrider!

Servine!

Servine came out sweating a little along with the other.

Tackle!

Shadow Ball!

Servine got in too close and couldn't dodge any of the 4 balls. Servine started glowing again.

You're done. Takedown!

Dodge it...

Servine dodged at the last moment with ease, then started running around Herrider.

... and use Leaf Tornado... Overgrow power!

Suddenly the move had taken effect. Herrider was up in the air before any leaves formed. when they did, Servine jumped into it. Martha's forehead started to glow through her bandanna.

Finish it.

Bumps were coming and going in the tornado till Herrider broke through it and hit the wall, alrady fainted.

Well, here's your badge, Martha. Servine is pretty strong. Naming it will have a big effect on it's growth. that goes for your other pokemon as well.

On those words, Martha ran towards the pokemon center.

[Aka-Kami]

Monferno shoots another wheel of fire at the remaining Herdier. It falls back, and slowly gets back on its feet.

My turn.

- Reimu, tackle it for a finisher!
Reimu runs up and tackles the Herdier head first. The Herdier falls unconscious and the boy puts him back in his Pokeball.

- My, you guys are good..

I high five Jerry and pet Reimu where his fleece won't spark. ((Grew to lv 14))

[Jerry]

- Good! It seems that this battle helped Reimu a lot!

Jerry opened his pokedex scanning the area.

- Okay, it seems that there are Gothita, Solosis, Minccino, Trubbish, Emolga and Liepard commonly here... and maybe some other rarer pokemon. Would you like to catch one pokemon maybe? If not, we'll directly head forward to Driftveil Drawbridge.

[Wailord]

I overheard a trainer name all the Pokemon catchable in the area.

I ran upto him alarmed.

W...Wait. Did you say Trubbish is in the area?

[Jerry]

As Jerry was discussing, a trainer with a Nosepass appeared and seemed very alarmed. He asked them about Trubbish.

- Um... hello... yes, that's what I just said, well, that's what my pokedex said, actually. Is there any particular reason why you seem so eager to know that?

[TrainerX]

 Soren walked out of the gym with Rex, and went to the pokemon center. He already forgot about Zero telepathically talking to him. He decided that he was just hearing things.
