500 is put into power, 500 in accuracy

or 1000 into power and 0 in accuracy

1092 yeah but there not strong. And besides, those moves are best helpful when evasiveness and accuracy are altered.

Yes, and that really becomes annoying after a couple of hits.

For accuracy, a switch will do.
For evasiveness, that's something else. That's why some games prevent the use of Double Team.

The reason that always-hit moves have low power is because if they didn't, the  game would be completely broken and nobody would use anything but attacks that always hit AND have high power.
