I now use the dusk ball to catch my legendaries. I play mostly at night, so... I just put a status on the roaming pokemon, let them flee, bring them down to 1 HP, let them flee, then prevent them from escaping. And a couple of dusk balls would suffice :)

Yes Golbats which you can have at Victory Road did the trick are fast enough to do that and has Mean Look to go with it.

Close, Mt. Coronet. I found them around Lv 35 I think... At victory road, they were Lv 42. Anyway, I just needed to make them learn Mean Look if they didn't already have, and they were fast enough to do the job.

Apart from that... I hated the mystery gifts... there is no place to get the mystery gift here in Mauritius :(

I am so sorry...
I was only able to use the Mystery Gift thing once before my DS was stolen... :/
If I remember correctly, I received a shiny Pichu and knew Volt Tackle... :3

That sure was... I never figured out the daily battles in that Secret Base, and I had to 'watch' the in-game TV in order to get the boards to fill in the holes in the base >.>

I hated that the moves were not very realistic and you couldnt interact with your pokemon and the games were so unlike the tv show which they are based off of im sure some people dont want the games to be like the show but where do you think they got the idea for the games anyway but specificly what i mean is the attacks they learn, where you can go, what you can do, just how screwed up the games were compared to the tv series. if anyone has any questions on the differences between the games and the tv series i can help in anyway (i still watch them)

I also hated how you couldnt catch all the pokemon wild like in the series meaning the starters and how you had to have multiple other games to catch em all
I also dont like the fact that you could catch the legenderies im glad we wont in PU
