OK, if there are any more arguments about this hypothetical posts like I keep noticing, I WILL LOCK IT. This is meant to work the brain, not to raise any problems. Answer the question the best you can, and leave it at that. For those that like conflict, I suggest you post somewhere else, but I won't tolerate it in my posts. For the rest, great job.

Though I agree with you on the useless arguments in a thread that doesnt ask for one, I know that you personally have no power to lock this thread.
The thrill in playing a game does not come from our chances of winning. It is the weight and pressure of losing that fuels our fascination. It is why people challenge, why they gamble and why they compete. The adrenaline that comes from defying defeat is what motivates us.

Toxic stall it. He can't switch out, and toxic increases the damage dealt each turn by 1/16. Use a pokemon that resists it's attacks and you should kill it in 6 turns, 4 turns with sandstorm.
I like slowpoke.

Meh, none of them worked.... ::)

And still, there are so many ways to beat a Sableye with wonderguard...

Dream eater won't work because Dark type pokemon are immune to Psychic types attack. Magical leaf, however, can work.

I currently have a sableye with wonderguard that has never actually been hit in battle except by:
1. a rampardos with moldbreaker
2. for some reason a lucario hit me with focus blast
3. a umbreon with toxic
4. a mewtwo with futuresight
but in each event i won because it knows strong moves and has a high defense.
P.S. its moves are judgment, shadow force, roar of time, and spacial rend. the opponent usually attacks first because of low speed stat...  :(

Ok, that is a hacked sableye. Any one can get a hack device and create, or use a code, that can get a pokemon with any moves or abilities. I know because i have used a few codes that got me a fire/grass bulbasaur. though thats beside the point, i stopped using hacks because it takes away the fun of actually beating a game with pure skill. and to those that say i cant lock this post, i can contact the admin and ask for them to lock it, its not that hard. whether they do it or not is the question.

how would i beat sableye?

Throw in Absol, make sure he's holding leftovers, use perish song first turn, then make sure he stays alive for another 3 turns. game over
