Why does everyone like the Hunger Games? Another reason to dislike me, for I despise the series with the very essence of my being.

On a more optimistic note, parents surprised us with a new desktop. It has windows eight... And a huge screen, 23", with an HD webcam, HE LED display, and 4Gigs of memory. Better than my old laptop, at least.

I was personally not fond of the Hunger Games. I think that the books were badly written, if you ask me. I also think that the story behind it was interesting, but other than that, blrg. I prefer the movie. But even then, that's because I was able to catch a glimpse of what the hellhounds were doing to that poor sucker getting mauled. Oh, and Rue. She was kinda cute in the movie ;P

Lol, so sue us.

Funny, you have the exact same complaints about it that I do. Rather interesting idea, almost like a modern Rome at times, but it was very poorly written...

I'm fond of the studio that produced the movie, that's for sure. Lionsgate also produced Repo! The Genetic Opera, an all-time favorite, yet highly under-rated movie created by a genius nerd C: The people over at Lionsgate seem to have a passion for spinning people's heads right off their necks, it's amazing C:
Sadly, they own Twilight.
