Mawile has always been a weird pokemon to me. It's a steel type that looks like a grass type, whose most powerful learned attack is the dark move crunch. Though I haven't really looked at it in a while and it may have learned a move more powerful than crunch by now.

Yeah. It's a weird one. I just love how cute it is though!
...huge monstrous jaws are cute, right?

Anyway, mine - on Platinum - knew Steel Head, Crunch, Brick Break and Swords Dance.
Probably the weakest Pokémon I had, but it wasn't bad at all. Just all my other Pokémon were God-like.

Well, it is cute if seen from the other side :)

Someone posted this some time ago... I'll post it again :P

No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
Also, forum notification emails are not getting in my inbox... again...

I rest my case. Mawile is the best Steel-type Pokémon.

Oh, also, it's the only non-legendary steel-type Pokémon so far.

When Black and White come, that stupid double-gear Pokémon will also be a pure steel-type.

That double gear pokemon makes me think it's the gen V version of Magnemite. You know how Gamefreak likes to come up with new versions of older generation pokemon to pad out the numbers.

What on earth are you talking about?

...oh.
Yeah, but Venusaur is cool and torterra sucks.
Venasuar is my badass grandpa, but also has a flower on his back, making him that much more awesome.
Torterra looks like Venasuar's retarded brother.
Anyway, I change my mind. The best steel type is definitely a FEMALE probopass.

I'm curious.
Why "FEMALE"?

Think about it. What's the one thing probopass has that nosepass doesn't. Here's a hint: It's right under the nose, and the female has it, too.

The flower on Venasaur's back does look better than the tree and what looks like a mountain on Torterra's back. I think grass and ground is an interesting combination, though. Plus wood hammer and earthquake make him a hard hitting pokemon.

Probably one of the most obvious instances of just reusing the same pokemon idea is the trio of Persian, Delcatty, and Purugly. Did we really need three normal type felines?

Oh, also, it's the only non-legendary steel-type Pokémon so far.

There are only five Legendary Steel Pokemon in the games: Registeel, Jirachi, Dialga, Heatran, and Arceus holding a Steel Plate. The rest are not Legendary.

Yes, I am Ben. Thanks for saving me the painfulness of having to explain.

FrenchFry: Yes, literally about a second after I posted that I thought
"Oh right, the big Susan Boyle-type moustache."
I was gonna delete the post, but I kept it because I wanted you to realise how stupid I am.
