Favorite Pokeball Type
« on: April 04, 2012, 06:54:39 AM »
I didn't find anything like this in the search bar, so I pose this question: What is your favorite type of pokeball? It can be from any generation, and based off of usefulness, cool-lookingness, or any other reason. My personal favorites are the Heavy Ball and the Dusk Ball.

A lot of people will say Master Ball, because it looks cool and it catches with a 100% rate on any type and level of a Pokemon.

I say Luxury Ball. Just look at dat design:

It has a awesome design, is as good as a regular pokéball, might even have the chance to catch a Legendary pokémon in it and on top of that: Pokémon that need Happiness to evolve get a boost right after they are caught. ~

Quick ball, and timer ball. I can get a poke in one shot, or I can put It to sleep, use useless moves, and  use the timer ball, which gets stronger over time.

You get 1 if you buy 10 or more :P

But it'd be Dusk Ball first for me, then tied up Timer and Quick Ball. Either fast capture, or long time capture XD

Anyway, more of the time I play is at night, so yea, Dusk Ball is very handy :)

Lol, nice! I love that idea! I wonder what something like that would look like... And if there was a Gyarados-Ball I'd imagine not only would it work like a Master Ball, but also max your pokemon's stats :P (I like Gyarados... alot.)

Also, I kinda forgot about the Premier ball! I love the look of that thing!

A lot of people will say Master Ball, because it looks cool and it catches with a 100% rate on any type and level of a Pokemon.

You know, no one really uses those things. Or at least I don't...

My favorite is the Cherish. Not for any catch-rate enhances, but because it just looks cool and reminds me of Protoman or Zero. Then Great Ball and Ultra Ball for the same reason.

However, that being said, the one I use for legendaries is the regular Pokeball. It makes it much more of a chalenge to catch them, but I do it mostly for bragging rights.

Actually I find catching them with pokeballs are much easier for some reason... Conspiracy maybe. But personally I find the safari ball much more fun and it has camo.

*cough* Pokéball *cough*

No really,i never buy any other pokéball then the basic one.
I just consider it a feat to see a almighty caught in a pokéball.Although sometimes,it can get really boring.

But i also quite like the premier ball and the dusk ball in design.
And overall for speedrun or challenge purposes i go with a misc of different balls, never know what you will find :P
