Shiny pokemon and delta species
« on: June 18, 2010, 06:33:32 PM »
In the regular GBA games there are rare shiny pokemon and i was wondering if you would do that in this game and i was also wondering if you guys would also do delta species like they have in some of the pokemon cards that you can buy, and possibly combine the two ideas to create really rare pokemon that are really hard to find :o.Just a sugesstion. Hope it can happen! ;D ;) :D

Hmm delta species i disagree with although its a unique idea it kind of changes things to much. Im for it later on after PU is released but at launch NO.

Good suggestion tho.

As far as I know, shinies will be implemented.
I have never heard of delta species.

It is a series in the Pokemon TCG where the Pokemon are different types than usual, due to the effects of the region. Such as Tyranitar being Electric, or Fire and Steel. For the record, no we will not be implementing such a feature. However, shinies will be included, along with quite a bit to go along with them.

No, I think that 'Delta Species' wouldn't suit the game...

In the TGC, I was already surprised to learn that these pokemon were of different type, but including it here too, no.

There will be a too vast move pool for these pokemon, IMO

IMO shadow pokemon would be more likely to be implemented instead of delta species, no offense lol anyway yeah shiny pokemon will be in the game though, that's a must

Delta species: No...

I'm glad delta species won't be used.....it would make things way to complicated and take the focus off of the normal pokemon.

As for shiny......it's always a good idea, can't remember the last time having something shiny was bad  ;D

If I remember right Amphy, the Team is looking for people who can draw the sprites of pokemon... so my guess will be custom sprites for the game.

Amphy, you should apply. They're drawing Sprites, tiles and attack animations so anybody with pixel art experience could help.
